I absolutely love your eggs... and I raise chickens! I prefer yours over mine any day!... I got your 4.5 oz packet... mixed up 2 scoops to 3 scoops water & wolfed them down... couldn't help it... mixed up the rest of the packet & downed those as well. YUMMY!!!!!! I need more ASAP! - Betty B, MN
We received our eggs yesterday and cooked some up this morning. They’re delicious — nothing like the powdered eggs of years ago! We ate them scrambled so we could concentrate on their flavor, which really is like fresh eggs! I’m a very picky eater, especially when it comes to eggs, and I’d eat these anytime. From a very satisfied customer—have used the whole powdered egg and white to make scrambled eggs and in recipes. I even used the powdered whole egg to make mayonnaise in my blender and it worked great—no worries about salmonella as with fresh eggs ... I purchased your eggs for our long term storage room. I also wanted some for our camper. My husband was skeptical about any type of "powdered" egg, so I served up some of these for breakfast without telling him.
